[Dxbase] DXBase & IC-761 problem

band plan is based on american plan, qso on our phone portion are not 
recognizes,  I just manually change them, or edit the band plan to suit 
me...

this will happen on a few bands 40 and 80, and the digital plan as people 
stray from the band strip they should be on...psk comes to mind
