[Dxbase] TS480 SAT

one big caution, from my experience with TS-480.  It is ALWAYS logging from
VFO-A, so, if you are running from VFO-B or even Memory, or Quick-memory, it
retrieves the contents of VFO-A for logging.!!

As far as I remember I am using the TS-2000 setting.   I will check this
next time I am at my summer house, where my TS-480 is placed.

I used the parameters for the TS-2000, Jack and Kenwood said that the
parameters are virtually the same.
