[Dxbase] New Country? Help

[KB_2000]

Ok, I used to know how to do this. And I think it was recently answered on 
reflector, but I didn't save it.
So, how do I add KH8SI as a new country. I tried
        TOOLS / DATABASE ACCESS / COUNTRY PREFIXES
and put in
    KH8S    Swains    with lat/long slightly different from regular KH8 and 
set the zones, etc., and kept getting a 'could not be saved... because of a 
duplicate key field...' type message.

DXBase 2005 version 1.0 by the way.
