[Dxbase] LoTW and PSK63 Mode

Using the TQSL module PRIOR to 'signing' your adif log.
Choose FILE>PREFERENCES>ADIF MODES>Add
and add PSK63F as a mode and then scroll down through the choices to PSK63

That will then equate your PSK63 to PSK63F

Good luck, with so many new digital modes springing up....I can't keep track and sometimes 
not sure which mode is which. hihi
