[Dxbase] ADIF File Import

Looking for some help importing an ADIF file into DXBase.  I am running 
2006.  Would be an import from N3FJP logging program which has a feature 
to convert the existing contest log to ADIF.

Also curious about LOTW submissions via 2006.

I am somewhat handicapped and/or slow when it comes to much more than 
sending email/surfing the web.
