[Dxbase] Feature request?

Remember that the list changes from time to time -- depending on thr
availability and cooperation of the Bureau in question.   KH0 , KH8 and KH2
are samples -- these three entities have changed status several times over
the last few years, sometimes as often as every six months (it seems <G>)

This is either a request for a feature or an inquiry as to whether it can be
done now.  The ARRL bureau (and other bureaus) have a list of countries that
they do not forward cards to.  Is there any way to incorporate a list like
this (user editable) into DxBase?  In that way, if a country prefix is on
this list, you can not select Bureau under QSL via?
