[Dxbase] Needed stuff

OK, where has this been hiding all my DXB life? Neat stuff!

Used the HF Numeric Statistics/US States to print out a list of the 10
missing ones on 40M SSB. Then used the Wizard, 10 iterations, one for each
state, to build a data list of all QSO's with the missing states. Used the
Design List tool to make a report showing the needed info about these
unconfirmed states so I can follow up and hopefully get them confirmed.

Now how do I get DXB to work ME on 40M SSB for me, since I can't seem to do
it myself?
