[Dxbase] Unrequired windows

do NOT 'close' them
instead, 'minimize' them.

they will minimize to a small button at the lower left corner of the screen and can be 
covered up by a window you wish have opened.

they can always be re-opened by selecting them from the Window menu or by moving the 
covering window off and clicking on the appropriate button.
