[Dxbase] Alert option question

In DXB2006 I would like to finish off 80 meters for 5BDXCC.   I would like
to be able to alert on any all-time new spot regardless of band or mode, and
also alert any new country on 80 meters only, regardless of mode.

The trick is I don't want an alert for a spot I don't have confirmed on any
band other than 80 meters, but I don't want to only look at 80 meters since
I wouldn't want to miss an all time new one on another band, such as 20.

I did check the help file, but I didn't see a combination of filters to do
that.    Can that be done?
