Go to the SYSTEM menu in Control panel and under Hardware , Device Manager,
open the Ports display and determine what port was assigned to the Belden
adapter.  If XP indicates the adapter is working OK, use the assigned port
number in the DXb Radio set-up and it should work.

The computer did ask for the drivers which I loaded with no problems.  Still
not working.  Anymore ideas?
