[Dxbase] DXBase 2006 - staying connected to DSL

I use the VE7CC cluster program. It will re-connect automatically if
the connection is dropped for some reason. I point DXBase to the local
host address 127.0.0.1 and the port number (default 7300). Multiple
programs can then use the data from VE7CC for the programs. For
example, I can have N1MM and DXBase getting spots from the VE7CC program
while VE7CC is connected to my favorite packetcluster. You can also use
VE7CC easily change filters to have the packetcluster send only the
spots you want. Plus, it's free.
