[Dxbase] CT & Icom 706MKIIG

I know this is not DXBASE but I'm sure some of you use CT as a contest 
program.

I am using an Icom interface cable made by N9ZLE to connect my laptop to 
my Icom 706MKIIG.

Dxbase works with no problem and the software that I got with the cable
works well controlling the radio, but, I can not get CT to work with the 
Icom 706MKIIG.

Any of you out there using CT with an Icom 706MKIIG and what comtsr 
settings are you using please?
