First thing I checked Jack - my default is set to 20M.  But look at the bit
pattern that may effect the change of the QSL VIA field setting it to
Mgr$$$.  May be a clue between that and the bit pattern for the band map.
And neither the radio interface or DXb 2006 was touched before or after that
session so very weird.
