[Dxbase] LoTW flag in QSLs Suggestion and Question

Good Question
I did an experiment and used Edit>Replace to find Lotw and replace with NO.
That worked,
Then I tried Find Both and replace with Card

I think if you do the Both first, and then repeat with the LoTW that should fix up your 
log.
