[Dxbase] DXBase 2005 import data

Thanks to Paul and all the others who responded.
I just wanted to be sure that the process "merged" the records and did not
blow away my main database.
There were about 4 or 5 new 80M countries in that CQWW so it was a very
productive weekend.
