Do you mean download the 'lotwdownload.adi' file from LoTW and 'IMPORT' it into your log?
If so.....
first make a copy of your log.mdb and refdata.mdb files and place them in a safe
directory.
Then...with DXBase closed, choose Non-DXB Import for the DXBase Program Group.
First question/screen is Select the Target. Target is yourcall.mdb file, I'm assuming
N4VEI.mdb.
Next is the import screen.
>From the Source Data Type choose 'LoTW ADIF'.
In the Source Database File window choose the lotwreport.adi file you downloaded.
(Hint: I download/save as and give it a distinct date-inclusive filname such as N4VEI
Import Feb 22.adi)
Makes it easier to remember the name.
Then click on the Green box icon.
It will ask you if your sure and remind you to do a 'initialization' after returning to
DXB.
If you remember to save a backup, nothing will go wrong.
Forget to make a backup of your log file...I guarantee Murphy will bite you.
