[Dxbase] 2 problems

I get the problem of DXB staying rersident as 
well, but never managed to work out why or how to replicate it.
I always close DXB with the "X" as well.
I have a suspicion that it may be related to the 
"Internet Cluster" window being open, mainly 
because it seems to take longer to close when 
that window is open, but I may be totally wrong, so I will shut up now!.
