[Dxbase] 2 problems

I wonder if this is more of a Windows issue that DXB.
As I also get this with various programs but just never experienced it with DXB.

I can second the  close problem.  I see the same problem happening here,
from time to time.
I have to go thru 'Task Manager' and under processes find the DXB2006 and
end that process.

I exit DXbase 2006 via the  X-close in upper right corner.
