[Dxbase] ADI import of 3Y0X - Prefix Error?

I added 3Y0X manually into DXBASE and it asked me if I wanted to map it. 
  I said yes and it is in DXBASE as 3Y0/P.

But I worked them 2 more times but logged it in Writelog.  When I 
imported the file I got 2 errors.  Both on 3Y0X as Prefix Error and 
would not import them.

I went to DATABASE ACCESS on the toolbar in DXBASE, then COUNTRY PREFIX, 
  the to CALL MAPPING.  3Y0X = 3Y/P was already there.

I went to Alias Mapping and
3Y0X = 3Y0/P was already there.

What else do I need to do??

I am using DXBASE2005.
