[Dxbase] Special-1 import

You are not the only one to use the Spec-1 column as I use it for
tracking what I send with my QSL's such as $1, $2 or $1 + 1IRC, etc.
I have that field, column, situated immediately after QSL VIA so I
can see at a glance what method I used. Works great. I am sure there
are many other uses but as you say it is NOT used by any other
logging program I am aware of.
Hope my wife don't find out about the Spec-1 column. :-) :-)
