[Dxbase] adif file

When you go to the Windows start menu, all programs, you will see the DXbase 
program group.  There are two different choices for importing.  One is DXB 
Import and the other is Non DXB Import.  Since an ADIF file is not a DXbase 
file, you select the Non DXB Import choice.
