[Dxbase] Wish List - Daughter Windows

Though not mentioned in my Annual Wish List there is an important feature I
would like to see added. That is the ability to have DXbase spawn Daughter
Windows. 
 
With real-estate getting more and more valuable on my computer desk-top
screen, I am thinking of adding a second monitor to my system. It really
would be great to be able to have the smaller lesser used windows found
within DXbase moved anywhere one wants, including a second monitor. 
 
While on the subject of user defined windows in DXbase. There are certain
combinations that will not stay saved in position - eg: If I leave the Log
window expanded, close DXB and reopen it - the Log window is hidden.
