[Dxbase] Refinements...

I am not understanding why this should need to be done. If the spots are 
only from ve or k stations (or narrow further to ve3 /k8) then spots from 
europe would not come through at all, therefore you could leave the alerts 
checked, and no sirens should go off????

or am I missing something here
