A change that I would like to see is when DXBase says it can't "see" the
radio is to give us the choice whether or not we want to disable it.  It is
a pain the have the radio on, then start DXBase and it fusses that it
doesn't see the radio and disables it.  Then I have to go in to User Options
and turn it back on and it works fine.  This doesn't happen all the time,
but only about 25% of the time and 99% of that time the radio is already on.

Either give me the option of not disabling it or look before it needs to
send or receive information from the radio.  For instance, if I see a spot
that I am interested in and I click on the spot to tell the radio to move
there then see if the radio is on or active.  Also if I am entering a QSO
and it needs the frequency and mode then look for the radio.  Obviously if I
am entering a QSO then chances are the radio is running and has been for a
bit so if everything is set properly in the options then they should talk to
each other.
