[Dxbase] Import from Dos version 4.6 to dxbase2003

No.  You must first convert your DXbase for DOS v4.6 to DXbase for DOS v5.0. 
Afterwards, you then export your DXbase for DOS v5.0 to ADIF.  Then, you can 
import the ADIF into DXbase for Windows.

If you purchased the CD version of DXbase for Windows, the necessary DOS 
upgrade files are contained on the CD.  They are not available for download.
