[Dxbase] DxBase 2007

In what window does this happen.
In both the Internet Cluster and DX Info, a call of 12 characters fits.
In the DX Info window, the call field is adjustable by grabbing the edged of 
the DX Call field heading and moving is left/right.

In the Internet Cluster window, the size of the callsign is limited to the 
nominal Cluster limit.
