[Dxbase] Upgrade Question: 6 to 7

All, I currently have version 6 installed and would like to upgrade to
version 7. My questions are: a) what is the fee to upgrade? b) if no charge,
does my version 6 registration file work for 7?

I looked at the web site, and the Upgrade link only shows upgrading
instructions to version 6 from older versions.

I've probably missed this information somewhere, so I really appreciate
help.
