[Dxbase] DXCC Awards

There are two items that I would please like some help with re: the DXCC filing.
I clicked on the DXCC Award submissiom work sheet and it listed 140 confirmed qso's for ten meters.  Is there a way that I can remove a listed call/qsl and replace it with another for that country?

Is there a way to limit the listing to just one hundred cards as required, as well as create the listing for the mixed award?
