Check to see that in the Tools>Options>User Options>Packet and/or Internet screens, that
you have one of the choices in the Upper right corner selected.
I personally use Internet Window.
This causes EVERY cluster spot to reflect the Confirmed/Worked/Empty situation in the
various mode/bands grid of the Summary window.
Selecting 'DX Info Window' will result in only spots that you NEED changing the Summary
grid.
This feature works. I can't remember any one saying they were unable to make this work.
