You didn't say if your rig is interfaced to the computer.
You didn't say if your shack is in basement, ground floor or elevated.
But regardless, the problem is almost certainly rf infiltrating some part of your
radio/computer system.
This problem requires a step by step approach.
Proper grounding,
Proper shielding on in shack rig/computer control lines.
Clamp on torroids over offending control lines.
In worst case...a counterpoise can help.
A counterpoise is a length of wire, cut to a half wave at the frequency causing the
problem and simply attached to the rigs ground lug and laid out on the floor or ground.
But my first effort would be concentrated on shielded cable from keyer to rig, torroids on
keyer power supply line, torroids on keyer line to rig.
Possibly, a small ground braid from keyer box to rig/common point ground.
