[Dxbase] Interface for Yaesu rotator

There is a interface kit for the Yaesu DXA series rotor controls.

I presently have the Hy-Gain version and can say it works flawlessly with DXBase and 
Writelog emulating the Hy-Gain DCU.

Very happy with the product.
Requires a normal com port.
Although I had tested it on a Belkin type USB>Comport adapter with success.
