[Dxbase] Mode Dupes

Peter,

Wouldn't it just be a case of going into the Awards field for each of the 34
RTTY cards in question and checking the DXCC box?  That would tell DXB that
these particular cards have already been credited by ARRL and should prevent
them from being selected for a new RTTY submission.
