[Dxbase] V7 Marshall Is. not showing in Summary

Disregard previous message from a poor old confused operator having a senior
moment.  Just noticed that the Summary window isn't working for ANY DX, only
US.  Guess that's because I forgot that I clicked on HF US-STATE yesterday
and forgot to click it back to HF-COUNTRY today.  To paraphrase General
Honore down in New Orleans, "I'm stuck on stupid!"
