[Dxbase] Summary window and filtering.

I believe this is the way DXBASE works today. Use Courier Font to see it 
correctly.

If the program worked as shown below, the filtering done for the DX Info 
window would be applied to the summary window. 

The summary window would not change as often as it does today.
