[Dxbase] Block a Call

I use ARUser from VE7CC,
It allows you to block spots from a person, block a specific callsign spot, block comments 
or Announce messages containing certain words.

It's free and serves as a front end for telnets.
You start ARUser, and it feeds telnet data to DXBase Cluster window.
