[Dxbase] Interesting Finding with Orion Rotor

As some of you might know, I'm in the process of finally getting my station
back into full working order. I replaced a burned out Tx2 with an Orion
2800. But, the rs232 interface with DXbase just would not work. I could
talk to the rotor and see its commands being sent etc... but it just would
not turn. Same symptoms when I tried using hyperterm. I placed a call to
M2 and learned that in their more recent rotor control boxes, they changed
the RS232 interface so that instead of just sending the three digit degrees
that you want set, you now must prefix the degrees with the letter "A".

I opened DXbase user options, added the A in front of the command and now
everything works fine. Haven't seen this issue mentioned on the reflector
so thought I would pass it along in case someone else gets hit with the same
problem.

Cheers,
Jack
