[Dxbase] New oddity with microKeyer

Hi Chuck,

Again I don't have my radio computer on at the moment, but I am sure that
the WinKey disconnect message is mentioned in the help file as being
'normal' when a CW option is changed. If memory serves me correctly, I
think you have to manually turn off the Dxbase WinKey, make the optional CW
changes then reconnect WinKey.

I agree with you, not a bit deal to reconnect WinKey, though I often have
thought instant connect buttons for radios, rotors and keyers would be
neat-o.

GL Eric.

While we're discussing the microKeyer, I just noticed something new while
setting it up with DXBase 2006.

Whenever I check or change settings under the K1EL WinKey settings, DXBase
disconnects from the microKeyer, and I have to go back to Tools, settings,
CW settings and select K1EL again. Not a big deal, but it seems to have
started after downloading the latest microKeyer router software and firmware
update a couple of days ago.

I just wondered if others are experiencing the same thing. My DXBase is
2006 1.03, and the microHam router is v. 3.0.2.903 I believe my microKeyer
contains the V. 9 K1EL chip, not the latest.

Chuck NI0C
