Bob,

You should only mark the one for the card you actually send in. If the 
card is rejected because of, say, it
was corrected by the manager, or what ever, you will know not to send 
that particular card again. By marking
one card for band/mode/entity, it will take care of that entity.

DXCC records are based on entity and actual confirmed and submitted QSO 
record with mode and band
recorded. If a QSL is rejected because the documentation has not yet 
been submitted, you will receive
when it does become accredited without a resubmission. If you submit a 
QSL with multiple contacts
on it and you already have credit for some of them with earlier 
submission, put a stickum note on that
QSL card stating which contacts you are asking for credit. That way you 
will not be charged for the
duplicate records.

It is the QSO with a station, not the station, you are getting credit 
for in DXCC.
