[Dxbase] Information about INI files and other things

As most hams, I am not one to respond to everything that comes in on 
my E-mail, especially since I'm subscribed to 5 different list 
servers.  I appreciate when information is passed such as INI file 
changes and backup bat files and more.  Since running DXBase since 
it's early DOS days I have rebuilt crashed computers and upgraded 
many times, and with the help that has been passed on, I can truly 
say I've never lost any of my logging data.  I can install DXBase on 
a new machine in the time it takes to install may last paid for 
version and then copy those backed up files and presto, I'm back to 
square one and running.

Keep all that good information coming and pardon us if we all don't 
say thanks as much as we should.
