[Dxbase] Crashing

Hello All

Has anyone seen this before?

DXB 2006, been working perfectly since installed.  Windows XP, all on-line 
updates done, nothing recently.

Monday I put on the PC (nothing changed, no new progs) and DXB starts OK 
*BUT* as soon as I select "Window> New Internet Cluster"  DXB crashes out 
instantly.  Tried selecting a different cluster but all the same.

Is it internet related (my internet is working perectly) or DXBase?

Any ideas? Reinstall DXB?
