Hi Gang,
I have been using HamScope to interface MMTTY to DxBase and have couple of
questions for any of the experts using this combination of software.
First, is there any way to change the default DIGITAL mode in HamScope to
RTTY before the information is passed to DxBase?
Next, there are times that 'Log It' button in HamScope fails to pass
information to DxBase. This seems to happen if I walk away from the computer
and come back to operate after some time has passed. Has anyone else
noticed this problem and if so, is there a work-around? The only fix I have
found is to close HamScope and restart it - not often practical.
Also, when 'Log It' Button is pressed and the information is passed to
DxBase there no longer any information for the Macro Variables - i.e.:
<CALL>
Yes I know it is possible to create a mini-log in HamScope and import it to
DxBase, but I was hoping to by-pass a few steps.
Last is anyone using another RTTY/Digital programme that will interface
logging information to DxBase? Jack of Scientific Solutions fame, are you
planning on interfacing MMTTY or other similar RTTY programmes to DxBase in
a future release?
Thanks to all,
73 Eric.
