[Dxbase] k7c says USA

This comes up quite frequently
Enter the call normally, cursor over to the Prefix column, then scroll through the 
selections till you find kh7k
cursor out
you will be asked if you want to map k7c to kh7k
yes
and from then on....all the K7C entries will automagically be logged as Kure.
