[Dxbase] Back-Up Utility

the top of the backup utility says:
Select the folder where you want your backup files saved (to).
That is the probably the problem
You may have changed the name of the directory, or drive.
If you were backing up to a disk, make sure the disk had the proper directory installed.

In my case, I backup to a cdrw on a different networked computer and I have
\\Hs2\c\DB6\

If you have the cddisk on the came computer it would be more simply
E:\directoryname\
