[Dxbase] log discrepancy

I cleaned up my log....due to an improper import (my mistake) I ended up with some dupes
Not sure how I did it but the dupes were due to the new time field having seconds
I'd ended up with a dupe like
11/28/05 12:58:__ w9ol

11/28/05 12:58:01 w9ol

after cleaning those out (about 100 of them) I did an initialization.

the Initialize Table Data window says "QSO Records Read 50914"
and "Records Not Valid for DXCC 38"

Which does NOT ADD up to the Record Number of 60102 which is indicated in the Log Window 
bottom line.

All these years and I never noticed the discrepancy between 'Records Read' and Record #.

Note: I'm not talking about the 'Reference #' field, which I know does NOT indicate the 
number of qso's.
