[Dxbase] dxBase

I am a basic user of dxbase and am not comfortable downloading the various
fixes, upgrades and changes that seem to be coming at a regular rate. 

Can I assume that these changes will be implemented in newer versions? How often is the software updated? 
For example, would the recent download for the final version of the DXCC Mixed report and the DXCC Band report be in the 2006 upgrade if I ordered it? Is there a list of upgrades from 2005 to 2006?
