[Dxbase] WAS via LoTW -- a new report - Joe wa6axe

To all,

I know that WAS credits using LoTW is not available yet.
But, after Tom asked about the WAS via LoTW, I made a
new report that lists all the STATES and then the
QSO that has been confirmed via LoTW.. If no LoTW yet,
that is shown - and - if not worked yet, that is also shown.

If anyone is curious about how their own WAS via LoTW would
look right now - pse reply to this email and I will send
along the new report (with the needed Rptdesc.ini file words).
