I can confirm that procedure: done about a couple of
months ago, exporting/importing about 110,000 QSOs !
Just few minor import errors on a couple of counties'
names that have a different denomination on the
two versions of database.

In the dxb50 directory I believe there is a file called import.bat.  You
should run this and one of the choices is export to adif.  That should
create your .adi file containing your QSO data.  Then in DXbase 2006, you
run the Non DXB Import utility from the DXbase program group.  Your source
will be the .adi created and target is yourcall.mdb in 2006 folder.  Your
type import is standard ADIF.
