[Dxbase] Help, DUPE Report

Jim,

A dupe ( as defined as same time, band, mode, and date ) is not possible 
because the database will not allow it.  Any attempt to log such a thing 
would result in a database error message and the dupe would be rejected.

that looks for duplicate entries in the log?
