I gota suggestion.  WIN ZIP your MDB file and email it to someone and see if they have the same problem.  Because of the safeguards intact You may have to email it to Jack or Joe if they agree to it first.  That way a proper diagnosis can be done and this subject can be laid to rest once and for all.

I like a couple of others keep my cards separate for a submission and keep track of LOTW credit cause I do not just the program for a proper submission.
