[Dxbase] dxcc worksheet?

The RTTY issue could take some study, but Ill have to leave it alone for 
this round, my application is going to be 27 pages long as it is!

Which brings up a topic...long ago when I made a fairly large 
application, but not nearly this large, I asked if they wouldn't want to 
also get the application in digital form, such as comma separate values, 
Excel spreadsheed, simple text, etc which they could possibily use to 
avoid hand typing the entire thing into their computer which will and 
did result in errors which I later had to have them correct. They didn't 
want anything but the paper!! I am expecting quite a few errors to be 
made by them on this application. Ill ask them again this time if they 
also want it in digital form, but I expect the answer will be no again. 
Too bad!
